Messenger Submission Policy

E-mail submissions to the Publications Editor at publications@uuabq.org.

• Messenger articles should be kept under 200 words.

• The deadline for submission to the monthly Messenger is the 15th of every month.

• The Messenger is typically published and mailed/e-mailed on the last Tuesday of the month.

• Please do not format article submissions (that is, do not underline, type titles in all caps, use odd fonts, type in  bold, or use extra line spacing).

• E-mailed articles may be embedded (cut and pasted) into the e-mail message or attached as a Microsoft Word document.

• Please include "Messenger" in the e-mail subject line.

• Include your full name and daytime telephone with your submission in case clarification of any of the content is needed.

• You may include a photo or graphic to go with your article if you have one, and it will be used if possible.

If you're sending something for both the Order of Service and the Messenger, please send the articles in two separate e-mails.
